HOW FAST CAN I GET THE BLADE?
We have same day shipping on most items in stock. Most orders placed by 3 p.m. are shipped the same day, if you have an emergency need tell us and we can ship to you next day by 8:30 a.m.

ARE YOU THE MANUFACTURER?
Yes. KINS STAR   has been manufacturing diamond blades and core bits for over 10 years.

DO YOU HAVE THE BLADES IN STOCK?
Yes. All standard blades and core bits are in stock and ready for shipment.Custom orders are filled as quickly as possible.

CAN I HAVE ANY ARBOR SIZE?
Yes.

ARE THE DIAMOND BLADES AND CORE BITS WARRANTED?
Yes. All KING STAR blades and core bits are warranted against defect in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY

KING STAR warrants all of its diamond products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Determination will be made by our claims department at our factory. Improper use or application, negligent abuse,improper mounting, altered or miscellaneously damaged products will not be warranted.

Any produce covered under our warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option. KING STAR reserves the right to prorate any claim based on a percentage of life prior to the failure in question.

All returns must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number (RGA) obtained from a representative of KING STAR . The RGA number shall be clearly marked on the outside of the box on the returned goods. It is our policy to either issue credit or ship back repaired or replaced goods within ten days of receipt of returned goods.

WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO YOU HAVE?
The best guarantee. If you are not satisfied we will issue a return merchandise authorization , then we will replace or credit your product or give you your money back, period.
